Where Can I Find Some Lawyer’s Free Consultation Online Especially On The Matter Of Copyrights And Trademark?
I’d like to find some online and free consultation about copyrights/trademark issue. I want to publish/republish something which might infringe with the copyrights of an institution. However, It may not be me who is publishing, rather the users/members of my site may publish such resources which may infringe with the copyrights. How is it gonna affect me if I do have a disclaimer on the site. A lawyer online who can assist me in finding the answer will be very helpful.
I’m planning to launch a site for students preparing for USMLE cheap drugs without prescription exam (for doctors) and the users/members of the site will post questions to help other members for USMLE exam preparation. The institutions concernd with this issues arehttp://www.usmle.orghttp://www.ecfmg.orghttp://www.nbme.orghttp://www.fsmb.org
I’ve emailed these institutions, but no one has answered yet.

Doc, be very careful with this. I’m a writer and an ex police officer. These people will have you surgically removing their boots from your own…Send an official certified letter to the actual original publisher of the material along with a permission form to use their content. And, if they don’t get back to you, extract the info from another source. Protect yourself my friend. Their lawyers will eat your lunch and not even leave you a Twinkie! Also, a disclaimer on your site is still a good idea. Tina
