I want to make medications online sure that the trademark attorney that I am researching has previously registered numerous trademarks.
But since I’m new to this, can you give me step-by-step instructions, please?
Thanks.

You can hire an attorney through one of these sites:

http://www.guru.com
Just go to the legal section and you will see a list of freelance attorneys with their information (history, specialization, rate ..etc.) There are some that have done trademark work and received good ratings for it.
look up with the aba, american bar. look for patent attorneys listed. if you are not sure, ask a relative for the name of their attorney they used, successfully, for their real estate purchase. that attorney will give you the name of a patent attorney. i really choose the word of mouth method myself.
